Heather began her real estate journey in the winter of 2016 after a long-time passion for the industry. Starting at a large franchise, she quickly realized a smaller team was a better fit. Heather joined a boutique brokerage, where she thrived as a Top Producer, D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agent, and a multi-million dollar producer. Her role as Agent Director allowed her to combine her real estate expertise with her education background, inspiring her to pursue becoming a Broker. After investing in coaching and classes, Heather launched her own boutique firm, Cottage & Co Realty, where she leads with dedication and experience.
